Early New Year's Resolution!!

My New Year's Resolution is to start a blog & actually continue to post on my blog. I've tried a few times in 2010, even put a weekly reminder in my calendar and failed miserably. I think the problem was (yes I always need a scapegoat) that I've always wanted my husband to get involved, he's a far better writer than me, he's clever & witty while I always feel like I sound like the village idiot.
So I'll do what I do best, and post about my "projects"... some get finished, some get trashed, and some sit around the house until I either get inspired to pick it up, scrap it or my husband gets fed up & gives me a ultimatum.
I dabble in a lot of different kinds of DIYing (not sure if that's a word) from knitting (I love yarn!) to cake decorating (running out of people to make cake for) to sewing (still learning).
